Is it possible for me to take care of my own accommodations/ drive-in each day if I live in or close to the city of Hamilton?
Families attending the conference are given two alternative options:
1. Stay Close to Venue: If you live within an hour’s drive from the venue, you can choose to stay at home with your family. Get a $250 discount on your family’s total regular registration fees by selecting this option. Also, after discount if your family’ total fees exceeds $650, then your entire family qualifies for a fixed registration fee of $650
2. Stay with Host Family: For those living further away, you can choose to stay with a host family that lives closer to Mcmaster University (Same discount as the first option applies. Transportation may be included if needed). Due to limited availability, this is allocated on a first come, first serve basis.
All other participants are required to stay at McMaster throughout the duration of the conference. This will help ensure that everyone can fully experience the conference, with fewer obstacles preventing them from participating in all the planned activities and sessions.
